Excellent super speedy customer…
Excellent super speedy customer services. Had a fault, sent in a pic on Sunday, replacement in the post (no charge) Tuesday. Can't say fairer than that. Oh, and it's a bloody good hoover!
Excellent all round
Excellent product but perhaps even more importantly, amazing customer service which seems increasingly rare nowadays. Top marks.

Excellent experience with Halo Capsule
I have found that the product is all it is claimed to be.
In addition the customer service team have been excellent in resolving any questions I have had regarding accessory purchase.

The best customer service and great product.
This is the best customer service from a company that I have ever dealt with. I love the product as being disabled it is light and easy to use.
When my Halo had a fault, a replacement was sent straight away.
Would recommend the Halo product and the company.

don't buy a halo
love my halo. until the charging stopped working. then hugely disappointed with customer services who have no information about when capsule refresh will be back in stock. Shall I give up and just buy a shark?

Great customer service, nice people to deal wtih
There was a slight issue with my floor head and after analysing the problem, they quickly actioned to send me a replacement for it under warranty. I love my vaccum, so was very pleased they replaced it. Great service, and very friendly person who dealt with the issue.
Brilliant Customer support. My neighbour has had a Halo for 2 years…
My neighbour has had a Halo for 2 years and loves it, I borrowed it 14 months ago and was so impressed that I bought one and it's brilliant. My son who lives in France asked for one this Christmas, when he went to charge it appeared the charger jack plug was broken, I contacted Halo customer support and they immediatly supplied a new one free of charge. Halo has great customer support is and respond quickly. Great company.
The cleaner is less than a year old
The cleaner is less than a year old, the brush head has been replace but the new one has also stopped working. It is not performing as well as when new despite bag and filters being replaced/ cleaned and the brush head cleaned. I have asked for a refund but am waiting to hear?

plastic catch breaks on Halo Capsule
I had the Halo Capsule for two years and I liked it. But then the catch that is used to close the capsule snapped off. And the machine is useless. The warranty period is over. The machine has a design flaw in that this plastic catch breaks too easily.
totally agree with the last review
totally agree with the last review. going through convoluted websites that don't get you anywhere! i ordered a new brush for the unit only to find that wasn't the fault ( i didn't realise it was still under warranty) which is my mistake. i still haven't been refunded for I sent it back and also explained in an email with downloaded video of faulty connection issue. it is a ridiculous and complex system!!!!!
